1214 Abbot Kinney is a modern, environmentally sustainably conceived and build project on one of Los Angeles' most unique pedestrian streets. This 5,175 square foot building includes a sky lit thirty foot high entry stair tower, southern oriented outdoor terrace, solar roof deck, chef entertaining kitchen, three garage spaces.
